Products displayed on this Site are available only whilst stocks last. Every effort has been made to reflect product colours as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in local display settings ( monitors, screens, graphic cards etc. ), we are unable to guarantee that the colour you will see on your monitor will accurately reflect the true colour of the product.

Republic of Ireland and European Union transactions include VAT @ 23% in all cases.
For VAT registered costumers within the European Union (excluding Republic of Ireland) please phone or email your order to us and we will inform you of a VAT exclusive price and delivery charge.

Enhanced Audio use PayPal to process our credit card transactions in order to ensure secure online transactions. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using secure SSL 128 bit encryption. They are not stored in clear text on any web site. Enhanced Audio personnel have no access to credit card details at any time.

RETURNS: Please note that if you wish to return a purchased item - then it must be returned to us in a re-saleable condition and by using your own courier/postal service. This must be done within 10 working days from the date of delivery. Enhanced Audio recommends that you use a Recorded Delivery Method when returning your item. Enhanced Audio reserves the right to refuse returns or to charge you our fees and expenses if the returned item is not in a re-saleable condition. The customer is responsible for all delivery charges back to Enhanced Audio After the 10 day period incorrectly ordered items, or items that you wish to be returned due to incorrect ordering or unwanted items will incur a 10% restocking fee and delivery costs will not be refunded. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Enhanced Audio does NOT disclose buyers information to third parties. We do not disclose any information to third parties and we do not send unsolicited emails to our customers.

No contract shall come into existence until we accept your order, and we reserve the right to accept or reject any order in our absolute discretion. Any acceptance will be subject to these terms and conditions, to the entire exclusion of any others you may seek to impose.
